A Family Reunion • Bear Creek Park Gardens

Family is always family no matter the distance and this is what this particular family shows! With siblings scattered around multiple provinces in Canada, this is the first time that they have all been together in one place in 6 years! That's about 2, 190 days! And for such an occasion, family photos were taken because who knows when the next time this family will all be in one place?

We went to Bear Creek Park in the evening and the sun was lazing about into sunset creating a beautiful light for these portraits. Although they described themselves as "no the most photogenic.." I would disagree. When you're around people you love, that love shows through and makes everything photogenic!

A Friesen Maternity • Deer Lake Park

Another beautiful session I had at Deer Lake Park! Danielle and Abe are one of the most chill, fun, nice, (insert positive adjective), couples I know and I am really excited for the coming of their baby!

Incidentally, Danielle and Abe also had their wedding photos taken at Deer Lake Park, so it was cool to go back there for this next milestone of their lives! Scroll to the end for some fun comparisons!

A Vanderloo Maternity • Deer Lake Park

It seems that all of my maternity photos are going to be at Deer Lake Park! Haha, all 3 that I've done have been there and they've all gone amazing so maybe Deer Lake is a good place. :)

Hendrik and Lisa are two awesome people that I've been privileged to know! As they quickly approach this new season of their life, I was honored to capture part of it. Can't wait to meet this new little person!
